These are service and customer-care messages — appointment and installation reminders, quote and order status updates, and replies to questions you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to request a quote, buy from us, or have work performed.

Message frequency varies based on your project and the conversation. Message and data rates may apply — these are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.

How to opt out. You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending further texts. How we handle your mobile data. We share your mobile number only with the messaging service providers who deliver texts on our behalf, and only so that they can deliver those messages.
