This is the single biggest cost driver. Here’s what some of the monitors we carry actually cost:

Ceiling Height

Under 9 feet is the real constraint. If your ceiling is under 9ft, your options are raising the ceiling or lowering the floor. Projector repositioning won't solve a ceiling that's too low — don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Room Size

Room size has less impact on cost than most people expect. Larger rooms need larger enclosures, but it's rarely the deciding factor in your budget.

Screen & Enclosure

Basic enclosures are very affordable and perform well. Custom built-in screens range from $5,000–$10,000 depending on size and finish.

Custom Finishes

We will install and calibrate whatever you have, as long as it's compatible with your space.
We're working on financing options. For now, most clients pay by check or card. We require a deposit at signing and the balance on completion.
Most residential installs take 1–2 days. Larger commercial builds or rooms requiring significant modifications can take 3–5 days. We'll scope this out during your design consult.
The launch monitor is the biggest difference. Garmin R10 ($600) is great for casual play but less accurate than Uneekor ($2,500–$14,000). The enclosure, projector, and turf also step up in quality at the mid-range tier.
We price transparently. The most common additional cost is electrical — adding an outlet or running conduit when needed. If your space requires ceiling modifications for low clearance or moving HVAC, we'll flag all of that upfront for you.
