About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Associate to keep our golf simulator installation operations running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is the backbone of every job we complete — from organizing inventory and staging materials, to building custom simulator components and loading vans for install day. If you're detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and like a mix of physical work and problem-solving, this is a great fit.
We're a fast-growing golf simulator installation company serving residential and commercial clients across Texas, and this role will grow alongside the business.
What You'll Do
- Warehouse Organization — Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized warehouse, including labeled storage systems for parts, tools, and simulator components
- Inventory Management — Track inventory levels, receive shipments, and flag reorder needs so jobs never get held up waiting on materials
- Job Staging — Pull, stage, and pack materials and equipment for upcoming installs based on the job schedule
- Loading & Logistics — Load and organize installation vans to maximize efficiency and protect equipment during transport
- Material Pickups — Run pickups for lumber, hardware, and specialty materials from local suppliers as needed
- Furniture Assembly — Assemble furniture and simulator enclosures/structures ahead of installation
- Metal Fabrication — Cut and prep metal components used in custom simulator builds
- Custom Builds — Help fabricate custom simulator items and components to spec for individual client projects
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable using hand and power tools; metal-cutting experience a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills — you notice when something's out of place
- Valid driver's license for material pickups and van loading
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in a well-run warehouse
