Southlake sits at the top of North Texas — Carroll ISD, Town Square, and some of the largest custom homes in the Metroplex. Most of the houses we look at here run big: 4,000 to 8,000-plus square feet on generous lots in neighborhoods like Timarron, Carillon, Clariden Ranch, Shady Oaks, and the Estates at Southlake.
